Accessibility

Built to be usable by everyone.

A hiring site that shuts out job seekers would defeat its own purpose. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA on every page.

What we do

Pages work with a keyboard alone, with screen readers, and at 200% zoom. Text meets contrast requirements, motion is minimal, and the site loads no third-party scripts. We run automated accessibility checks on every page before it ships and test by hand too.

Known limits

Automated tools find only some problems, so a barrier may exist that we have not caught. Links to outside sites, including government and Job Accommodation Network resources, are not under our control.

Report a barrier

If something on this site is hard or impossible to use, email hello@jobseekersunion.org. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the device or assistive technology you use if you are comfortable sharing it. We will reply and fix the problem, or offer the same information another way.
